KS manager - Data storage

DATA MANAGER – Data storage has been designed to be the SW application for following, evaluating and presenting data obtained from different database sources inside the company (bookkeeping, production, MTZ, PaM, etc.)

Such manager extension enables following figures which are not accessible in any other way.

Grapically processed results – in real time – are to be outputs suitable for further decisions, plans, comparison of development in time procedure. The above mentioned tools shall help to the company manegement.

Basic features of the system:

• data working-out from more than one database (even different database platforms)
• distribution of figures (e.g. department,  branch, etc.)
• link to value change within time
• graphical presentation and also output charts
• export into well-know formats (Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, FoxPro etc.)
• multilingual environment (Czech, English, German)
• access rights to figures

Other features:

• distribution of final values via email to users
• distribution of  final values onto WEB server
• possibilty of paralel work-out of one figure in accordance with more than one definition
• timing of working out each figure
