Personnel

This subsystem has been developed for following the personnel activities. Except from the basic personnel data about an employee it enables following other data such as education, language skills, phone and e-mail contacts, boundaries to the company, commuting and its possible effects on wage, practical experience, behaviour, identification cards, course of employment, and others. It is even possible to create own notes (shorter or longer texts) with employees. We can parametrically set up works with actual date base or with database of employees who have already left.

• Anniversaries of employees can be watched from different points of view (years already worked, life anniversaries, retiring, number of children with women)
• File of family members can be created in accordance with needs of the company
• Configurations of statistical overviews serve for needs of statistics
• System of notes for each employee helps to watch other information
• There are two generators of configurations for making own configurations
• File of practical knowledge of an employee
