Systemization is the base of the information system. This module enables creation of an organizational structure of functional (working) positions inside the company. Onto these functional positions and their personal takings are all other parts of PIS connected.
Systemization should reflect real or planned structure of the company. Its actualization shall lead to easy searching of vacancies and cuts of costs. Together with other parts of PIS it is really an effective tool and helper not only for the people working in HR department.
