Working and protective aids

Enables keeping the file of stocks, aids and groups of aids, measuring units. It also allows defining of users´access to stocks and filing taking-over the aids to the stock and their handing-over to employees. It also follows size of aids. Following size and stock is accessible after setting up parameters. Simultaneous following size and stocks is not recommended.

Main features:

• Employee´s entitlement for working aids is determined by the working position of an employee. It is possible to define number of aids needed as well as the period of repeated entitlement, except the entitlement determined by the concrete working position.  It is possible to set up entitlement for other working aids
• Configuration of realized handing-overs for a chosen period and configuration of presupposed quantity for a chosen period is available.
• Transfer of working aids between different departments can be carried out by actualization of features of conforming working positions.
