Application KS portal is a web application made in the development area .NET, working on the .NET Framework 2.0. It is processed on the web server Internet Information Server (IIS) and exploits Ajax technology.

KS portal is an independent software, which exploits database of application KS wages. It serves everywhere where there is demand for following data on employees, their attendance, description of job positions, systemization and other areas conforming to employees´agenda without possibilty of use of standard application KS wages  PROFi.

The only tool the user needs for his regular work  is supposed to be Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or any other web scanner.

KS portal offers some modules which almost copy modules of application KS wages PROFi:

Personnel
Employee records containing basic personal information held in KS wages application accessible via Internet to any legitimate user – either emploee or his supervisor.

Web Attendance
This – for a long time required module – helps to keep attendance of employees inside the company. It is suitable in situation when there is a need of counting working hours of employees working in distant places of work or business representatives. The attendance record can be filled up by employees or their supervisors. The module offers some overviewing and checking setups.

Descriptions of job positions
This module enables following descriptions of each working position as well as demands for a concrete position and checking their fullfilment.

Systemization of job positions 
Systemization of job positions enables real following the structure of a company and outlook through all levels.

Education and training

The first agenda is supposed to be a qualification card of an employee which enables following education, experience, certificates and planning of training. Those are supposed to be compared with aims met so far.

The second agenda deals with evaluation of education and training. This can help users in evaluation all training and educating events from their point of view. The results show evaluation of internal and external lecturers.

Evaluation of employees
This module serves in process of following the course of evaluting actions and overview of employees´evaluation.

Aplication KS portal contains also some pre-defined outputs and setups. It is out of the question that application KS portal contains some pre-defined outputs and configurations and that creating of so called complement setups upon customer´s request is available,  as well as with application KS wages.
